Regular Season Round 27: Den Bosch - Leeuwarden 75-65

One of the most interesting games of round 27 was a derby match between two teams from Holland. Fifth rankedDen Bosch won against visiting Leeuwarden (8-18) 75-65 . Leeuwarden was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for Lithuanian Arunas Mikalauskas (203-1997) who led his team to a victory scoring 7 points and 10 rebounds. Center Menno Dijkstra (213-1997, college: UC Riverside) helped adding 6 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Canadian guard Shakael Pryce (188, college: Cape Breton, agency: AOK Sports) with 22 points and 9 assists and forward Maik Bouwer (202-1999, college: S.Nazarene) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending Dutch champion maintains fifth place with 17-9 record. Leeuwarden at the other side keeps the sixteenth position with 18 games lost.
